It is in our manufacturing workshop in Saint Amand, in an old half-timbered farm, typically Champenoise, that we will formulate and produce your natural and artisanal cosmetics.
We will formulate your own products, that is to say, we will create the formulas ourselves in our laboratory. This is what will give your products their true identity and originality.

1 - FORMULATION OF YOUR PRODUCT
Beyond our cosmetic expertise, we provide you with all our knowledge and know-how for the creation of your own range of products.
Equipped with quality equipment, our Research and Development laboratory works out for you the formulas of your future products, according to your wishes.

2 - MANUFACTURING OF YOUR PRODUCT
Thanks to the diversity of our internal equipment, we adapt to small series of 30kg, to medium series as well as to the largest ones, while respecting the "Good Manufacturing Practices according to ISO 22716".
We thus ensure perfect upstream-downstream traceability and constant quality of your cosmetic products.
After each production, all the documents are at your disposal: production reports, certificates of analysis of the finished product.

The M-Line Laboratory is declared to ASNM.
The National Medicines and Health Products Safety Agency (ANSM) 1 is a French public establishment whose main mission is to assess the health risks presented by medicines and more generally all health products intended for the man.
The M-LINE Laboratory is a member of COSMED

Each cosmetic product marketed must be accompanied by the DIP (Product Information File) - product identity card - to be made available to the competent health authorities throughout the product's life. This file contains all the data relating to the product developed, such as the qualitative and quantitative formula, the description of the manufacturing and control conditions, the results of the stability, harmlessness and efficacy tests, the evaluation of safety, technical information on ingredients ...
Within the framework of regulation 1223/2009, Laboratoire MLINE undertakes to develop formulas in perfect harmony with the requirements of the new regulation and with the regulations specific to the various countries in which the products will be distributed.
